Well KSRC, Its about time i introduced myself properly after starting 2 topics under the influence.
So here goes, Name is Shane (duh) i live on the mid north coast of nsw in a retirement town by the name of Port Macquarie, the town has little to offer in ways of entertainment as you can imagine.

After my initial drunken topic on should i get a fully tabooli car or a bike, I decided to go with the clubs advice and get my prelearners which ive done in the past two weeks and now am the owner of $900 worth of riding gear and a Kawasaki GPX.

Also went for my first real ride this afternoon which turned into night cos i was having too much fun.. Went with my mate who is also on his L's but has been riding for about 2 months so i felt a bit more safe on the road being led by him than just straight out going it alone, Just gotta ad i killed a big ass bug with my Visor and it made an awesome mess and i started laughing like a maniac to myself in my helmet, awesome stuff.. Thanks everyone for all the encouragement and ill be sure to post regularly

Onya Shane. Watch out for an overniter to Uralla in the near future. The Bris & Mexican Central coast guys will be doing the Oxley block in the not too distant future. Hope you can make it.
Cheers Brett

G'day and welcome mate.

Friends of ours live at Lighthouse beach, nice piece of the world and as others have said, having the Oxley at your back door can't be a bad thing.

Enjoy
