Hi All,

Quite new to riding and have just purchased a '91 ZX2R C Model. Hope to get to know everyone on here and forgive me if I ask so many dumb questions! :)

Cheers,

ToaDz...

You can probably see something on the compliance plate, should be pop-rivetted to the chasis on the right hand side towards the front, often tucked in behind the fairing a little (I don't know exactly where on the zx2r). I wont be as clear as zx2r a or c model, but you should be able to makw it out from the details on the plate. You could also check the engine number, they often refer to the series designation in the engine number. Good luck !

By the way, Hi ToaDz

Hey and welcome.

The fact that you actually ask questions makes them not dumb, so bring em on.

Here's what they look like from the side:

A model (also sold as ZXR250)

C model

Don't ask me what this one is though - D or E model maybe?

A Model has two small round headlights, looks a bit like a CBR250RR. C Model has the single headlamp. Hope this helps
