I voted for 4 groups 8 sessions at 15 mins.. Suits me as I have tyre warmers and don't need as much warm up time.. That and I'm lazy so 15 minutes is generally enuf for me anyway..

I went for 6x25 min sessions...
thats what I have been getting previously.....
suppose I am used to that
and besides.... gives me time to 'get into the groove'
(takes a lap or two)
and time 'to cool down' after 12 or so laps
...bike also....
don't do this kinda stuff enuff......you see

i know the track day has gone up in price.
does that mean its gonna cost $100 to see the gp this year.
