Gee, I need to have a look at what mileage the mighty Ruby is on - I think it's deep in the 70's?

Its been over a year and a half since I posted this. In the meantime, I sold the ZRX, and have only put 5,000km on the ZZR.
What with no MotoGP to travel to, and me disassociating from the Useless Club (aka as ulysses) due to being surrounded by "important" full-of-themselves farkers and old karnts, there are fewer kms added to the clock.
I did get a 110km ride in today though, the weather was too nice to not ride.

The mighty Ruby just clicked over 76000kays.

I also have not been doing too much riding. Best mate and riding buddy first had tendon surgery with long-term cast as a result, then started rennos on his en-suite. And talk of riding draws grumpy looks from his missus.

I have been shadowing a friend on her Ls and that's been... well... Lets just say I didn't know a ZZR1100 could do 500 kays on a tank!!

Apart from helping her through the Ls etc I've also done her, (and the world at large) a huge favour. Before she even started this caper, she was making ugly noises about Harleys. With information, gentle persuasion and threats of bodily harm, she has seen the light. She's already on a full size (LAMS) adventure bike (she's 6ft+) and is hankering (when she's off her Ps) for an Africa Twin or a Tiger...
