I wanted to change the fork springs pressure ,undid the top fork nuts -attached to springs -won't come out
tried to undo the bottom bolt, just rotates . any ideas -Haynes manual doesn't show usd just earlier model
any tips ?

I did the fork seals on my ZXR H1 a few months back YouTube was better than the Haynes manual
