How tall are you?

Hey all

New here and im looking at buying a 250 ninja.
My concern is, just getting my Ls the other day. Im 29 and 6 foot 2 inches and 88 kilos.
I dont want to feel like a pumpkin on a pea!
How tall and heavy are you guys?

Hi and welcome!!

Given your age and size if you can stretch to it I'd say go for the ER-6 or Ninja 650 or Ninja300. I'm 6 foot 70kg and rode a roomier naked as a learner and loved it! Once you've got strong fundamentals to steer a bike make your 2nd purchase a ZX6R.

New or 2nd hand doesn't matter.

Im going to a bike shop sat morning to chuck a squat again on the 250 and they also have a 300 there also.... so ill see how it feels etc and go from there

A mate has had a Ninja 250 and is now on the Ninja 300.
He's 6'1" and about 105kg.
Says the 300 is more roomy and with more power than the 250 is easier to ride.
I've tried both and agree with him.
Haven't tried a 650 but would have to say that'd be even more roomy with possibly more power and definitely more torque.

I've rode my son's 300 a couple of times and it's a great little bike, try what ever feels the most comfortable for you is the bottom line.
Me I would go as big as I can with that bit more power, I think you would soon want a bigger bike if you bought a 250.

Just for future reff in this thread/ i bought a 300 and id say for my height its good.
rode it for a few hours and it started to get a little cramped but apart from that its good.
Much bigger / better then the CBRs i tried out

I just upgraded from my second zx250. Got the zx6 07 model. Have only rode it for about an hour so far but it feels and rides so much better the my 250's. im 5'11 and 76kg.
