GPX750R Carb Removal

Has anyone found a way to remove GPX750R carbs. without copious amounts of blood, sweat and tears? There must be a trick to this job which I have not found and wonder if the only way is to cut the rubber ducts off and replace them with new ones, supposing new are still available.
