No damage or injury to our NW members and HQ from the fires yesterday?

No, all good here. Some of the area was evacuated and the wife and kids couldn't get home until about 7.30 last night. No property damage in here but a house was lost in Marsden Park not far from here.
I stayed here through it and the firey's did a great job saving all the houses adjacent to the nature reserve, in particular the air drops...

Good to hear didn't look good on the TV and having fought a few up there in my youth I know how fast they run

I was watching the news on tv while at work and was cruising my fingers for you & Jus as well as the others nearby. Especially when they said they had lost control of the containment lines for a little while.
Glad to hear all ok though.

I think so mate. Chris and Kate were up there for the weekend but they come back yesterday morning so the fire hadn't started. I heard it was Rocky Point rd that was in a bit of trouble (the Sportos street). We're heading up this weekend so hopefully we still have a place.
