The problem with being a fairly swinging voter is that you're never quite sure who'll you vote for until its in front of you. I wasn't aware this party existed until yesterday in the booth. They got my vote, solely because I could relate to them (and they caught me by surprise!)

Sadly these dingbat parties with there preference deals( because no one votes below the line) are going to be the reason everyone bitches and moans why nothing gets done.These loonies will wheel(get it;) and deal and hold up legislation.So we end up with new policies that are half baked because part of there budget had to be allocated to a mung bean farm in Eucla to satisfy some drip who only got 1800 actual votes

What about the brain-dead who wanted to vote LNP for the Senate, but voted LDP because they were too dumb to follow the "How to Vote" paper handed out by the LNP ....

But I spotted the suss looking LDP party as A and thought that will fuck everyone up

Thought the same thing and what do you know it did. He was surprised to have received so many votes.
labour were so ineffective as they had to negotiate with dickhead independents.

The vultures started walking up to me with how to vote cards and after I took the first one I said no, I can't push the pram and hold your cards simultaneously.
And I wasn't going to vote below the line, not with over a hundred candidates to mark out. I got a " wtf took you so long?" last time from my missus with only 70 candidates to fill out. And yeah i voted motorists party, simply because of what I heard the guy say when mmm gave a lot of the minor candidates 30 seconds free air time each to plug their party.
