The only positive with these DD (.)(.) weekends..... The coppers have all hands on deck to keep the media propaganda circus going
So with their 4 days on, 4 days off rotating shift, that leaves the mid week rides either side of the weekend pretty clear

In Victoria, police are executing "Operation Regal" over the long weekend. Hundreds of extra shifts being put on that are tasked with performing traffic duties. Some focus on speed, high collision areas (I'm guessing any where popular for motorcycles). So be careful in Vic as well.
