Well, that was a pointless video. They are exempt from parking laws and can pretty much park wherever they want, provided they are in a location deemed suitable for the camera operation.

He is breaking the law because he said the ignition was on and he wasn't wearing a seat belt... If that was a civilian in that situation they would get booked... 1 rule for cops different for the public..., PRICKS

Hahahah. Fair assumption. Not to mention the fact he was wrong. Hell, in some states you're still allowed to reverse without a seat belt.

Not to mention he isn't a police officer...
I think it was fucking rude to approach the operator with a camera and question him.
I'm not normally one to defend cameras but he is just doing his job. Getting paid minimum wage to be abused by some fuck wit would be awesome...

princess if your the type of fool who speeds and sooks about it when booked (walk) , and as far as breaking the law , recording a person without there consent and posting it is illegal princess , and for those who stick up for twats like that , i suggest you get a life !!!

Im with you tim I thought its only it you record a persons voice alone that you need there concent. When I did my secrity course a few yrs ago they said u can have a vidio camera pointed over looking your nabours back yard and record them and there not a thing anyone can do as long as its positioned on your own property so I guess same rules apply.
