I run the pilot road 3 for my fjr , great tire in wet and dry , tire life wear between 6000 and 10000 k , depends on how you ride ,

the 'roads' are a bit different.
I am cheering if I can get about 4-5K out a set atm

Power 3's are the replacement for the Pure's.
Fitted a new front in Cowes, before heading to Tassie ... very impressed with their wet performance. Tassie had an 8 week dry spell which ended as I rode off the ferry, so the roads were greasy as - even through Hellyer, which can be like an ice rink in the wet.

Do you mean Pilot Road 3 or Pilor Power 3????? Got the roads and over 10km on rear including a track day. Great tyres. Used to get 4k out of the rear Shinko I used to run. I think Roads hang on better and better value.

Anything would be better than Shinkos!

Actually SOME were good. The ultrasoft was great but the slightly less soft were crap. $160 for a rear was on the money too.

Had them until recently when I changed to a more track orientated tyre. I rate them the best road tyre I've ever used, especially in the wet. Even did three track days and they held up well.
