G'day

Looking at what to buy as my next bike. It will be non-LAMS.

I like the Suzuki gsxr750. It looks ok but mOre important I find it comfortable. I'm curious how the zx6 feels comfort wise?
I'm looking to spend 8ish thousand so won't be new. I'm also yet to try gsxr600 to feel the comfort.

Mainly looking at the above or a VFR800.

I don't do huge rides, normally max is 2hrs on highway.

hmmm,? I'd say the zx6r but I could be biased...

I'm sort of lapsed from KSRC because I test rode a Street Triple R. Was looking at that, the gsxr600 and a z1000 and went the trumpy. Its a great bike.

If Kawasaki would street fighter the zx6 in the same way triumph adapted the daytona I'd get one, but with the Z750 a big seller in Europe they probably won't do that.

You've gotta try 'em out for yourself. You could just cut out years of stuffing around buying different bikes and just buy some slippers and a ZRX1200 (rex)

Get a zx14 nice and comfy and light there is a awesome one in the for sale section $9000 bargain

Good call. Straight from a LAMs bike to a zx14. That's not a recipe for disaster.

Nelso, you're the one person I actually wish I was faster than. Then again if I was faster than you then you'd probably not bag me out I'm not far off, well, wasn't at the last xmas track day - a second or two a lap back then and i was on my roadie 6 you on your track 10 ?

You need to aim higher than that mate. It's not that hard to be faster than me. In saying that, I've dropped a few more seconds since then, so I'll give you something to chase for a little while yet.

i remember when even i could keep nelso at bay... then he pranged the zed1000 and got a 9 and i had no hope
