For Sale: Ford Focus

Hi guys and girls. I would have posted this in the for sale area but the topics are fairly specific in that it is for sale - bikes, or for sale - parts. No place for other items?
As I have previously mentioned my family is expecting another rugrat by approximately early July. As a result I'm really keen to loose a lot of money by selling a twelve month old car.
Trade in offers so far have been ............ undesirable.
We need to go slightly bigger to comfortably fit the third so need to sell the ford focus. It was bought new last year here in Warrnambool, Vic, has balance new car warranty and nearly all the bells of whistles. Never had an issue. Pretty much the only thing this model doesn't do is park itself. Approx 30,000ks. Reg til Jan 2014. All the info/extras are listed in this add.....

Price of $24,990 is negotiable (although ridiculous offers eg. "$50 posted" will be immediately rejected)
