did a few days down the coast with the family, staying near Kendalls Beach at Kiama........here are some shots taken on Tuesday arvo when the effects from Cyclone Oswald were still being felt down the entire south coast.......the size of the surf was pretty hectic, all beaches closed....

















got some more good ones of the Kiama blowhole, will post them shortly.....

surprising there is no one out there trying to surf

It's been really solid since Sunday gos 10ft here on the big sets ...been booking in to a different green room myself. Been called out on the jet ski a couple of times..epic fun.
Next time your in the hood pop into mollymook surf club & say g,day mate. Beaches are shut ill make u a coffee

oh they were surfing alright - tucked into the 'harbour' at Kiama, surfing >2m swells than ran right into the harbour......on malibus no less !! funny to see - normally you never see anyone surfing here...

cheers mate I knew you were down the S coast somewhere but not sure where......we get up to Ulla occasionally so I will make sure we drop past your surf club next time we are down that way

whereabouts ? In the caravan park ? We had a house just up behind the park, walk down a lane between our place and next door and we were right in the caravan park .....and straight onto the beach

we stayed in the 2 storey block of apartments at the back of the caravan park... i always wished we could afford one of the villas right up the front

swam with dolphins one day too out the back at kendalls

you are f'n kidding me !! That block was directly out the back of our house. We were staying in Holden Ave, the 2-storey place had a verandah which looked directly over the back of that 2-storey block of flats. The weeds growing in the gutter were probably growing there when you stayed there

Nice spot, the kids like Kiama we have stayed there a few times now.....
