Hey guys i just bought the zx14 decided to take the flies out so decided it needed a new tune here is when it had the Power commander put in and tuned about 6 months ago
And this is the tune i had done today 11/1/13 very different results Can anyone tell me if the new tune is ok i thought it was abit low but i havent much of a clue on the readings cheers

Different dyno's are calibrated very differently. Don't be shocked to loose or gain 15-20hp from shop to shop as some are more realistic than others

The power curve on the second looks good, very linear.

Also guys if i take the baffles out of the yoshi mufflers will that effect the tune ??

Yep but whether it is positve or negative to power output cant be determined without a dyno.
Usually if the baffles are fairly restrictive you will loose back pressure.
This will generally give you alittle more up top but loose a little in the middle.
