I have decided to get rid of my header & muffler setup on my 1994 ZXR 750 & would like to know some info on the Delkevic ZX9R header

Can anyone tell me if the Delkevic headers have a baffle type perforated tube inside the header the same as my stock header in the pic below? They state that in the advertising that they are made to OE specs but surely they dont put that crap in there?>

Thanks Paul
So there was no perforated tube inside, Thats good to know, Even though they are made to OEM specs they would surely have to perform better without the baffle tube in the pipe after the collector

Did you go with a ZXR 750 system or a ZX9R set of headers & muffler?

Im going to get a set of ZX9R headers that way if I do the ZX9 conversion they will still fit

I received my new ZX(R Delkevic headers & was very pleased to find that they have no baffle tubing inside after the collector as noggon mentioned above, I have a few bits & pieces to sort out then I can fire it up & test it out, I am going to run a Danmoto JISU muffler on the end of it so it should sound nice
