800cc 2011 Mugello GP Pole.

1. Casey Stoner (Australia) Honda 1:48.034
2. Ben Spies (US) Yamaha 1:48.479
3. Marco Simoncelli (Italy) Honda 1:48.485
4. Andrea Dovizioso (Italy) Honda 1:48.694
5. Jorge Lorenzo (Spain) Yamaha 1:48.756

1000cc 2012 Mugello FRP

1 99 Jorge LORENZO SPA Yamaha Factory Racing Yamaha 335.8 1'48.131
2 1 Casey STONER AUS Repsol Honda Team Honda 335.3 1'48.649 0.518 / 0.518
3 26 Dani PEDROSA SPA Repsol Honda Team Honda 338.5 1'48.877 0.746 / 0.228
4 69 Nicky HAYDEN USA Ducati Team Ducati 339.3 1'48.981 0.850 / 0.104
5 35 Cal CRUTCHLOW GBR Monster Yamaha Tech 3 Yamaha 335.9 1'49.023 0.892 / 0.042
8 8 Hector BARBERA SPA Pramac Racing Team Ducati 345.5 1'49.166 1.035 / 0.092

Is it too early to say that the 800cc's were quicker on this track?

Barbera clicking a tad over $3.45 today, I think we may see $3.50 by pole.

Your right It is still early.

Mugello does have the longest straight in motoGP world, no excuses if they don't crack $3.50+.
