The website says no video recording devices but there are plenty of videos on the Net.
Do people sneak them on at the last minute post scrutineering?
Will I get kicked out if I try to run mine? Would love to record the day.
Also are the track days being run with the new extended circuit?
Appreciate the feedback
E.g. Video

if they find a camera on your bike, you will get royally tossed out of the circuit.
Some people are good at hiding video cameras

They have been gradually clamping down on it.
Every time the Sports and rec department of the state government finds a video, the ECRD's getting their arse reemed.
Soooooo they have no leniency on the matter.

Most of the videos you see are from race days or race practice days, videos on a ECRD track day are a definite no no!

In the governments mind, it promotes racing or race practice which the changes the track usage classification to race practice which requires more marshals and a different medical response criteria.
This all makes perfect sense until you see the ARDC race practice days where they have less marshals than ECRD's

mate with the size of some of the cameras these days, you should be able to hide one pretty easily. They also say the same thing about lap-timers etc, no GPS timers - its a joke, heaps of punters use personal lap-timers that can't be spotted unless you pull the bike down. If you really want some video footage you can work out a way to do it.
Photos etc are fine, but photographers are restricted only to certain areas, and nothing in the infield afaik ?
