RACV Totalcare

Just signed up for RACV Totalcare, $160.
Seems like a bargain since I get both the car and bike covered, knowing that an ad-hoc bike tow if I stack/engine problems would cost me $200.
Or am I missing a calculation here ?

i used to have RACQ (for a few years) but never used it.....
so,
I looked into it and i let it "lapse"... what that means is, it will stay "an account" but i don't pay until i actually re-activate it (like the instant i need a tow or gas or something) and then i don't have to pay any re-joining fee either.....
i know i know... cheap arse... but i HATE paying for shit i don't use (see, i'm not cheap, i'm environmentally friendly!)
whatever

That's a good advise Yankee. At least I'm covered now due to alot of solo riding. Last time went around gippsland and nearly out of petrol.
Mario bro, lucky enough I got a girlie car. (No offense intended girls

Well, Ive been an NRMA member for a long time, but i'm really starting to get pissed about the whole roadside assistance thing, the nrma fees go up and up, and what you actually get for your hard earned gets less and less.
Unfortunately at the moment there's really nothing else that is any better.

Well what is your point?
Ya not paying for someone to kiss your arse or cuddle you. You are
paying for a service which has entitlements & benefits.
End of story.
U want someone to care for ya, book yaself into a child/adult care
centre dude

Dont worry Mina... I'll cuddle yah

Get the Premium care, then drive your old shitbox 100km up the road and disable it. You get a free *new* hire car to flog the guts out of and 2 nights accomodation at a classy motel of your choice

Mate I've call em all the time for the most stupidest reasons
Last time I called was bc I couldnt be bothered putting in the new
battery I bought & it was pissing down.
When the Patrol turned up & I told him what he had to do, he wasent
too happy (to put it politely.. shouldve seen his face)

The important thing is that he put it in there
