Hey all I've just got a question I'm hoping you all could help me with... I've not long my zx6 and was just wondering as we are coming into the colder months do you guys recommend for me to change my tyre pressure??? I didn't do it on my 250ddy coz the tyre was too small to benefit from a change... I'm doing mostly commuting and weekend blasts up and down the twisties.. :)

Also what rubber would you recommend for this type of riding I'm still a little green on a bigger machine.... I'm currently running pilots front and back.... Cheers all :)

Just run 34front 36 rear and you will be fine mate :kuda: Pilots are good tyres. Keep using them until you can ride better than the grip they give you.

Pilots are a pretty good choice, you won't do a lot better for the price but all of the sports tyres are good. Unless you're really hoiking pressure won't need to be different. I assume youre running 34 - 36 front and somewhere in between 36 - 42 in the Rear. Somewhere in that range and you'll be sweet.

Well don't know about that colder stuff, what's cold lol but up here we usually run at least 2psi under the recommended pressures.

Haha well I'm in Sydney out near the mountains and it can get a little chilly in the winter months....

Thanks guys I'll take your comments on board and leave things as they are... No point messing with a winning formular :)
