Well I've moved again...couldn't stand the noise in the main street so moving into a school...
What attracted me was the *Man Cave(s)*...air conditioned, lights, power, and a kitchen and office attached as well...

An old, disused school building? There are dozens of old one-teacher, two-teacher schools out in the country that are no longer used. In fact, there's one not more than 10kms from my place and I live in the Wollongong metro area.

Is tjat just the "cave" or the entire residence?
Either way you keep that bain marie stocked with pies, chips, dimmies and potato cakes.

Not just a school...there's a residence attached...4 bedroom, chapel (lounge room), office, kitchen, dining, bathroom and loo of course...
The school part is 3 classrooms, office, kitchenette, COLA and weather shelter with a storage room at the back.

Good stuff John, nice workshop.
Are you able to sublet ? You could make a few bucks by turning it into a Gingers Creek style accommodation or a half was rest stop between EC and PI
