Does anyone know where I can buy some Dupont Teflon Chain Saver? This is magic stuff I've heard from users, but bike shops don't know about it yet!!! I live south east of Melbourne so anywhere in or around Melb will do.

I used to run the maxima, it's a bitch inside your front sprocket cover :) but otherwise excellent.
I now use motul road. It works a treat. Very tacky.

I treat my chain to a nice spray of lube of whatever type is lying around. Don't fucking matter, they're all the same. I've even used graphite when I ran out. All seems to make my chains die between 25 and 30k's! Don't matter a fuck what I do to them. I've tried all the bullshit cleaning regimes, tried the all the various chain lubes and even some other lubes. Even tried not using anything. Didn't seem to effect life any. Still got 25k out of it. The one on my Rex is cleaned twice a year, if it needs it or not. When the rollers get dry, I stick another layer on. Oddly enough, It'll most likely last between 25 and 30k!

OEM endless chains are a different kettle of fish. You can run those fuckers in a sand bath and they'll do 40k! Fuck the OEM fitment chains are good. Bastard having to pull the swingarm out to fit though.

Yeah Strika OEM chains are the shit- (usually) got 44000km on the ZRX and heaps to go. Got 66000km on my ZZR11 chain. However I changed one of my er6n chains this week at 18000km and it was roooooooooted. OEM chains are pretty exxy too- around $500 from Kawasaki for ZZR chain.
