seems at odds with the current push to outlaw all motorcycle clubs (and judging by the style of law, all clubs and groups)

Thats Gold! Cant agree more with the promotion of joining a club and getting back to basics and old values.
Teens who are looking for inclusion, direction and fun are better to find it in a sport/club than in a street gang.

Oh and I had one of those old leather strap helmets somwhere..
