Please Support this event :D
I've met Dad and he's a hell of a nice bloke too :kuda:

The reason we want to do this is because Emily and Myself lost our son Tyson to Cancer,( Stage 4 Neuroblastoma) an aggressive childhood cancer. The Childhood Cancer Association helped us so much from the moment Tyson was diagnosed and to this present Day.We want to raise funds for the C.C.A so they can help other familys that are going thru the heart ache of Childhood Cancer!!! Anyone with a motorcycle who is interested in participating in this ride is most welcome, The ride will be leaving from Civic Park, North East Rd, Modbury, Opposite Tea Tree Plaza at 9:30 am on saturday the 12th of november then make our way to finish the ride at Cape Jervis. There will be a few stops along the way to include fuel top-ups and a stretch! Riders who want to participate will be able to donate on the morning of the ride, there will be envelopes supplied for donations to the C.C.A, it is entirely up to you the amount you wish to donate, as everyones circumstances are different, receipts can be given also to those who would like one, if you want to get friends or family involved aswell to "sponsor" yourself that would be great also. This Ride is dedicated to the memory of our Son, Tyson James Merrett-Turner 12/09/2006 to 12/06/2010..... We love you all the way to the Moon and Back Tyson!! Forever and Ever!

Registrations and Donations from 8:00 to 9:20am

The Childhood Cancer Association is South Australia’s key organisation, dedicated to providing emotional, practical and financial support to families in need.
Funds raised by, or on behalf of the Association, enable us to deliver a range of vital services and support including: peer & family support, sibling support, free accommodation to country families, respite accommodation, financial assistance, education assistance and bereavement support. A very well organised event, (377 klm round trip) not sure how many bikes there were but it was many.
There was a minutes silence for the child when we got to the destination and blokes I know who would class themselves as tough were giant lumps of jelly. :(
Poor little kid didn't even make it to 4 yr's old.
Fark I'm an old sook when it comes to the suffering of kids!!!!!!!
Thanks to all those who attended.
