Hey every one
I just picked myself up an old zx9r


any how when I had a good look at it I noticed it had a few KSRC stickers on it and a KSRC tank protector,
so obviously the previous owner was a member on the forums so I thought I'd check them out.

It is an older bike (96) with the only visible mods being a tingate exhaust and a Redbull can wrapped around the rear shock reservoir, I have a little work to do on the bike to get it where I want it (mostly forgotten maintenance and cosmetic damage from being dropped by the last owner) but that's to be expected from an old bike .

so hope to get a long with you guys and use your experience to my benefit and visa-versa

That reminds me, friends of mine have an older purple Versys with a ksrc tank pad - anyone know that bike?

Thank for the welcome guys maybe the old owner is a bit embarrassed to admit how lax he was with maintenance?
I do love my 9 the best thing is I got it a month after my mate got his zx7 so I was very NaNaNa about it
but it is a big step up from my last bike. I had a zzr250 for the last year so the power of the 9 is still a bit scary at times
