FI light on??

any info on why the FI light comes on??the bike still runs and goes ok will it cause any probs??

Get ye back to the dealer NOW if still under warranty, if out of warranty I'm sure one of the 10 gurus here will be able to shed some light on it for you!

If you haven't done anything to it, the. It could be several things.
1. As above re servo motor
2. Clean air system is some how disconnected
3. Something wrong with you injectors, e.g. Secondaries.
Servo is the most likely

My Servo motor has gone in the six3six...... easy way to tell, you don't get the whirring noise when the ignition is switched on.... & no not the fuel pump noise, living with the light for now.

Good one seiko A cheeky bugger too! Seriously though found this on a yank forum re an 04 so may help, though not sure if any difference between US and OZ models! Lots of other replies there and nearly all mentioned the servo so??????????????
