That is one of the funniest things I've read for a while, and it just kept getting better and better. Why bother with a muffler - you can get galvo down pipe and all the fittings from Bunnings...

I saw that before when he had got to the "oh noez! my diy header is teh rusties!" point
I wonder if anyone has enlightened him that he's prolly removing performance rather than adding it
Would also have to do some hefty carb tinkering to get the mixture right too..
All that for an old GPX two fiddy! :O
better not let him near a ZX6 or ZX10.. the pain!

reminds me of that bloke that drilled holes in his zx10 they could be related.
I can admire the felas determination to keep on trying other than that hes a tool lol.
