moruya over night fund run

well saturday afternoon took off to batemans bay and caught up with the parkinson's fund run to moruya for a overnight stay,,,,,,about 30 bikes turned up braving the weather from sydney till they got to batemans,,,,,i had a good clear run from canberra,,,,,pulled into moruya pub straight to the bar for refreshments,,,,,a few stories and laughs followed by many games of pool,,,,,then into the dinning area for a quiz which i won 2nd prize (motorex oil &clean kit),,,,,then we drew the lucky door prize (a set of michelin tyres of your choice) followed by many booby door prizes (hats and t-shirts),,,,,,after more laughing Clint/Robbo and Peter talked about the reason for the run,,,,Bikebiz supporting parkinson's NSW,,,,,,,then came the main raffle draw,,,,8 prizes with 1st shark vision-r helmet,shark bluetooth,ladies saphir jacket (valued at $1200) through to 8th a triumph pack (watch,courier pc bag and other goodies (valued at $500),,,,so at 8.30pm i had to get home (hand brake)as amy was waiting for me,,,,,,was a good afternoon and evening as well as catching up with a few of the staff from bikebiz,,,,,a big thanks to Clint/Robbo and Peter,,,,and meeting a good bunch of riders as well,,,,,,cheers paul
