CAD seems to be installed for that one user, couple of options, reinstall CAD and select to install for all users on this pc or set up a shortcut manually to where CAD is installed, usually under program files.

Or call me ;)

go to c:\documents and settings\%adminuseracctname\start menu\ and locate the directory for the CAD program. select it, copy or cut it. then go to c:\documents and settings\all users\start menu\ and paste it in there. Voila, it's there for everyone to use. The only issue you'll encounter now is if the CAD program requires admin privileges for it to be run, which hopefully it shouldn't.

Probably needs registry key copied to all users.

What does the vendor say about installing in a multi user environment on same machine?
(I thought licencing was machine and not user based)
