the Gos I got is that he didn't try to overtake, but slammed into the golf with such force that he spun it around whith his bike imbedded in it...doing 90+ at impact and is in a very bad way.

Probably watched TV last night where the guy that tried to outrun the cops hit a signal box, flew through the air and got up running...
He didn't go far before he stopped though.

UPDATE 4.15pm: AN unlicensed motorcyclist who slammed into a mother and child's car in Fitzroy following a police pursuit had been riding a stolen motorbike.
The mother, 48, and her two-year old child were lucky not to have been killed when the motorcyclist, aged in his 20s, smashed into their small hatchback at the corner of Gertrude and Fitzroy streets in Fitzroy about 11.30am.
Police had been in pursuit of the motorcyclist just minutes earlier after it overtook a police car on Hoddle St at high speed.
Assistant Commissioner for northwest metro region Tim Cartwright said police terminated the pursuit within a minute of taking chase due to safety concerns on the busy road.
The motorcycle came to grief two minutes later.
The motorcyclist remains in a critical condition at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in an induced coma.

yea the guy last nite on the box had on of those super hi vis vests, that saved his life as he flew through the air bounced and got up running, some how with that vest he was at a slight disadvantage when trying to hide from the cops
