AND THE BUILD BEGINS

well on the weekend i started the build of the zxr750,,,,,so i cleaned the frame and swing arm ,,,,,checked all the bearings and seals,,,,,painted the frame and swing arm,,,picked up the rear shock,,,,,greased all the bearings and pins tonight and started putting it together,,,,,,just some pics,,,,,,cheers paul

more things to do on the weekend coming,,,,,drop off bent fork to Suspension Smith,,,,,ordered new bearings and seals for front and rear wheels as well as head steer,,,,,looking at new clip ons,,,,,,as soon as i get the fork back i'll be getting ready to put the engine in,,,,and wattman/not till i have some fun,,,,,,gos /i pulled the other swing arm out of the other frame and all is perfect,,,,pays to have spares,,,,,,mr sulli/one has to be patient,,,,,

well a lot has been happening over the last couple of weeks,,,,,the sub frame is painted and bolted in,,,,,,the engine is clean and bolted in ,,,,,head set bearing are fitted and r/h fork mounted but waiting for the l/h to be fixed,,,,,,have ordered woodcraft clips ons and afam 520 race chain/sprocket set from the uk $462.00 delivered to my door,,,,,and i'm waiting for a email to give me the whole cost of the exhaust system(230 p) from the uk to my door so things are going good at the moment,,,,,,cheers paul
