But seriously, how can they be surprised at the reaction they are getting? They have been (overly) self serving in nearly every dealing i have had with them, from inane stuff such as custom plates, through to policy and some things that you want to beat your head against a pole about.
I want to see the results of this.

I think you would have to be further behind in communication than Helen Keller to miss the fact that the RTA, VIC Roads or pretty much any of the state Roads organisations are full of unhelpful, argumentative, slow & disinterested staff. In Victoria, it is becoming impossible to get a job in VicRoads unless you are of a certain ethnic persuasion!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately the only way to keep the unemployment down is through such organisations. That sounds bad, but I had a friend who worked in the old CES and that was her comment. Reality is smart people don't want to work within such organisations.

Look at how much they are spending. 1.04 million dollars. To find out how popular they are?? The mindset right there is the problem

FFS...fix some bit of bad road instead...what a waste of $. There are some good staff there (in country locations) that are willing to give acceptable customer service.
