Some CNUT reversed into my bike

Right, extremely sad me, but it could have been worse. I moved house at the weekend, only for somebody to reverse into my bike and knock it over against a wall, which it slid down, on the first night.

I now need some parts, but am pretty poor at the moment. The damage is luckily cosmetic only, I think. I haven't ridden it since:

- smashed windscreen
- smashed right side mirror
- cracked front fairing and scratches
- shredded throttle grip and bar end (from sliding down wall)
- bent brake lever

Where can I get these parts from for a good price. I assume for the mirror I can replace just the glass?

Any help will be appreciated. I am located in Brunswick

Doubt you can just replace the glass, it will require the whole mirror and arm.

You could look at getting the fairing repaired, depending on how bad the condition is. Unlikely you will get a replacement in the same colour so worth considering the cost.

If you can get the part numbers/ descriptions do web searches as well you might get lucky

Thanks for all the replies. Gassit have the bike now., I prefer to get it done on insurance as a $500 excess is not far off the cost of me repairing it on the cheap. That way, I get the respray, fairing fixed properly etc too.

It's a contentious one as to blame. I didn't see who did but know who did. He wont accept blame, and I can't prove it. I would just beat the shit out of him but... he's the landlord of my apartment and lives in the unit next door. I did come home and do his tyres the other night though... I will probably just break a few things he will have to repair out of his own pocket in the house, that will also make me feel better.
