Well, I love fishing..... so have decided to treat myself to a bit of bling for fishing............ here it is..........



And like a bike, it can't stay stock..............

so I have a heap of crap to bolt onto the bad boy, including a couple of rod holders, a bit of lighting in the form of some LED lights and a Humminbird 798 CI SI fish finder..... also have a hobie livewell, a safety flag....... kind of like Gos' favourite Hi Vis vest! and an additional seat that can go in the flat space behind the main seat......... so the kids can come out for a paddle.... or should i say peddle!

They will break when you brake or lock on and dump you...

A lot of fishermen are getting these especially for the rivers and the one you have shown looks to be set up pretty well hope you enjoy it .The only problem i have with it is there is no outboard motor and the size,i have to many bludging mates that tag along once i pull the boat out of the shed But if i bought one of them and mounted a trolling motor,well they wouldnt come then. Looks good thou swabio how much for a unit like that

The Hobie Pro Angler is about the size of a budget nations acft carrier! It is a massive Kayak......

LEDs although they are not neon flashing ones! Also, no sub though, might care the fish away..........

They are a great way to get some exercise as well as fishing The hobie range also have a custom electric torqeedo motor as an option, albeit a bloody expensive one! You can also get an ozzie made one, that is way, way heavier but way way cheaper! The stealth serpent!

The Hobie Pro Angler retails for about $3350....

is that fish finder sonar thing mounted on the underside of the kayak??

should it be mounted off the rear of it, so it doesnt get weed and shit hooked on it?

Surely you could hook up a little 5hp Bobbie on the back

the back end is out of the water too much, so would have to put an arm on it which would still hook up weed etc, however, hopefully the mirage drive will stop it getting fouled.....
