Gotta get an AirCon
Fridge , but what size ?
Parts Washer

Hence you will need the carpet around the pole for the same reason you described however they will not be your knees

Lighting above the bench as well as general lighting. Power points at bench, at fixed powered devices and strategically around the shed. Cupboard/storage space (I scored a second hand kitchen and the cupboards are awesome in the shed).
How tall is your shed, room for a mezzanine floor/storage space?
If you can keep it bug free you can have wardrobe/hanging space and keep your riding gear out there?

A TV is also a good thing, makes good for watching bike races while working on ya bikes.
Lounge, for the "rider" to rest on while the "team" works on the bike.
Or depending in "riders" condition, maybe an exercise bike or treadmill.

With all this stuff going into the new shed, I reckon you may need to leave a few bikes out to make sure you've got enough room for everything. In the spirit of generosity I'm offering to look after some of them for you at no cost for as long as required...I'll even run them every now and then to keep them fresh.
Probably the best ones would be the big bulky bikes that take up a lot of space like the 350LC

Whatever I can do to help mate
Speaking of which, I was the one that spotted your roller starters at EC after Nobby had left...they looked so lonely out there all alone I figured I may as well use them for the next race
