Youtube downloader?

I was looking around and trying a few downloader PC apps for youtube, not many worked however I found this one which appears to work ok.
Anything better around, maybe something with file converter and resizer included?

Download and then go back and convert with same program.....

I use Internet download manager as this will do a lot of other things as well such as schedule downloads, resume broken downloads and automatically shutdown computer.
For playing them I have Daum Pot Player which is a free program and will play just about anything you throw at it without having to download stacks of different codecs.

Which downloader dopey!
For us non computer savy types, which one is the easiest to use and wont corrupt my computer. Windows is what is on the computer as I wouldn't know how to run anything else so that consideration isn't an issue.
