Help/witnesses needed, Yandina Sunshine Coast April 2006

I'm reposting this from this advrider thread as from the quoted text below, he does want to lend a helping hand and I feel his mate really does deserve as much help as he can possibly get.

If you know something that may help, or may know someone whom does. please contact him on the other forum or if you cannot be arsed creating an account there, give me your contact info and a quick rundown on what you can provide (via PM) and I'll make sure it gets to GSnovice.A mate of mine lost his stepson in a bike accident at Yandina on Saturday morning, 8th April 2006. The matter is currently before the Coroner, so I can't say too much, but the old 'young fella going too fast on a bike' line is being peddled by the police, regardless of evidence presented that a core-drilling rig had left debris on the corner in the period leading up to the crash.
Locals report another bike accident, rider OK but unknown, on the same corner the night BEFORE the fatality, so I'm posting this in the faint hope that a Sunshine Coast inmate may have knowledge of the accident which occurred on the Yandina-Bli Bli Rd, near the Burton Rd intersection on the evening of Friday 7th April 2006.
