Straight from the "horses mouth"

Hey dudes,
Had a great day yesterday at the track, Magoo (Kevin Magee) was out there testing the 2011 ZX10R. I met him through a mate who I shared the garage with who works at Foxtel as a video edit guy.
Magoo has the bike for a couple of weeks, has to report back to one of the mags after he road tested it as well as given it a shot on the track. It seems like all mags have the ZX10R vs S1000RR debate going on.
He lined up beside me at the gate going out, I've given clear instructions to Leon to let me go out ahead of him
I was waiting for him to zip by me for 2.5 laps before I caught up to a group of 4-5 riders at which time Magoo has come up from behind and it was great to witness the effortless way he passed all of them.
Later on in the day I rocked up to him asking , so what's the verdict?
He, said apologetically sorry but the photographer wanted just myself in the pics, so i had to find spots where he could take pics with just me in the pic. That's when I realised, that he thought I was asking him to have a look at my riding style and I was quizzing him on the verdict on that
Clarifying my question re the ZX10R his response was :
It's the best thing I ever ridden around turn one apart from my GP bike
I though that would put a smile on a few faces
I also have to say, that Magoo is the most down to earth easily approachable character who's great to talk to and enjoys what he does. I felt totally privileged to have yesterdays experience.
