Subject to the negotiations to take place re the write off of the Rex the replacement will be a series 1 Z1000, probably not Orange (don't want another Phil clone do we

), but depending on price and condition colour may not matter, so if you know of a good one coming up in the near future keep me posted.

The pin is in no probs there so far, rib cartilage still tender but given the circumstances and the wearing of good quality kit I came out pretty good.

A Zed hey Eric? Are you sure mate? Are they gunna light your fire like the Rex did?
I've been considering getting a 2nd bike, one a little more sports bike orientated. The bike that keeps running through my thoughts more consistently than others, is an Ohlins equipped (F&R), Brembo braked, ZRX!!!!!!

I know but I want some thing a bit lighter and I am not doing the big klik rides as much as well, but this all dependent upon the negotiation and a replacement Rex is not out the question either

Sounds tasty

So you going to have an S and an R Marty or is yoyr S going to get "the treatment" BTW, I can hook you up with the "the Japan connection"
In all honesty I was having this discussion last night, Z V ZRX. My Zed
is my second bike......The ZRX
IS No.1, full stop.

I dred the day I ever have to make this desision.
But I have to agree with Marty this time.
The only bike I could replace mine with would be another ZRX.
