Greetings everyone!
Been a member of the Hangmore Club (Hi Simmo!) for the past couple of years and have been meaning to also join up with you guys for some time, given I've been a Kwaka man thus far in my life and can't see that changing in the foreseaable future.
Started off on a ripper of a GPZ250 (belt driven), moved on to the legendary GPZ900R (89) which I still have and am reluctantly looking at selling (photo attached), and am now on a beast of a thing ... the ZZR1200 (04). In fact the 04 model replaces the 03 model I wrote off in an accident on the GOR at Xmas. Same colour too!
Been in Melbourne for the past 6 years, after moving from QLD, and still yet to fully explore the best scratching roads Victoria has to offer.
Thanks to the VIC group for allowing me to go for a ride with them over the weekend and as with everyone else, I am thankful Ronnie came out of his recent altercation with his life intact. Unfortunately, I left for home b4 the crash and therefore didn't have the opportunity to offer poor Ron a lift on the 1200 to get him thinkin' about buying one. Somehow, I don't think he's the type to have an illicit affair with anyone other than his trusted ZZR11 however.
I hope to get to know more of you in the near future and look forward to the banter on the forum.
Cheers
