Im keen on making a fuel tank out of carbon fibre/kevlar composite.

Are your epoxy's/resin's fuel safe? Any suggestions on how to go about making a tank, ie layering?

Our epoxy resin systems are the same as used in fiberglassing, and they make tanks out of fibre glass. What type of bike are you planning on making a tank for?

Generally it would have to be moulded around a plug, or layed up in a mould from an original tank. Quite a bit of effort but can be done...
