hey everyone, im starting off the new year with a huge bang!! ive just bought myself a 95 ford econovan that needs a lot of body work plus paint but the running gear/suspention and engine is in great nick!.

my plan is to build it into the first (that i know of) KSRC promotional advertising camper van! that im using to do some serious travelling in around this awesome country

this is what she looks like now a rough final result! let me know what you guys think??

really it comes down to having everything you own stripped away from you, leaving you with nothing but a suitcase and a backpack full of clothes and a laptop!


so yes, its a peice of shit van! but when you have nothing this shit van and the $600 you use to buy it becomes everything!

yes, once ive dug out the rust, fibreglassed the shit out of it and gave it a paint job (which will only take 2 days if i can get the right tools together)
i will be living in it for, i dont know how long?

im starting from scratch again, building up, moving on

but its a good life i guess, free to travel, move, terrorise and pillage where you please

It's already got a base coat of '99 kwaka brown.

airbrush a ZX10 onto each side, and match it up with the wheels.

White respray with green decals.

i went out and bought some rust proof paint, for a $600 van, im not being too picky (paint brush/and lots of bog)
i havent got the proper tools or money too re-spray

ive painted it back to stock colours for now (white and black) until i transfer the reg and get it roadworthed
once thats done, the colours will fly!

spent 7 and a half hours on it today, de-rusted and painted the drivers side, gonna hit it again tomorrow, not looking forward to the passenger side, the amount of rust is phenominal!

it has now been named the BOONDI VAN!!
