I have always maintained and some may have even heard or read me say........"THEY ONLY HAVE TWO WHEELS AND AT SOME STAGE THEY ARE BOUND TO FALL OVER!"

Yep, I had a rear stand positioning failure today. First one in fuck knows,....but a long time whatever it is. Unfortunately, the bike was in very close proximity to the MR2. Result is

ZRX
1 broken screen
1 scratched mirror

MR2
Left rear 1/4 panel - dent 10 inches long where the lever forged a path
Left door - one football sized dent and several gold ball sized ones where the pannier brackets landed.

Estimate:
Screen - $60-$120 (Not sure but can't think they could be much more non genuine.)
Panel and paint- $750-$1000

Ouch.... bonus is that in 9 months time the mr2 will give birth to a trike

It's a bad feeling alright and expensive too

thats a spot of bad luck mate - at least the damage to the bike is minimal
