I don't know if anybody here has jumped the gun and bought one of these "cheaper" servo eliminators, but 2 weeks ago I had a shop around on their website
http://servobuddy.com/store/ and noticed that they do not make a servo eliminator for Gen3 ZX10R's. After a few emails with Jeremy the store owner / creator he said that he was looking for a Gen3 ZX10R to test his servo eliminator on. A few more emails later and he shipped one of the first of his newest, smaller servo eliminators that run at a faster refresh time.
Finally it arrived today. I must say that this is definately worth the price ($60 USD) especially when you compare it next to Ivans Performance version ($110 USD).
It installed with no issues and I can safely say it definately works on the Gen3 ZX10R. If you are looking for a servo eliminator definately flick Jeremy an email.
Servo Buddy!
Before Install
Size Comparisons
Install complete and PCV now velcro mounted where the servo motor used to be (was originally loose in the tail)

I grabbed one a while back..

Careful as my battery was sucked dry in a week with no riding, track bike so no lights or anything, i have never had a flat battery ever before i installed this, but other than that work well and saves space.

Been pretty much a month now with absolutely no problems at all.
Even had the bike garaged for over a week with this shitty weather and it fired first go, no battery problems at all

I bought one a couple of weeks after you posted the thread reguardless

Just didnt see the point putting wear and tear on the servo for no reason

What happens if you simply remove the cables and just leave the servo plugged in? Fitting a slip on this week, and the instructions from Yoshi ( and Akropovic) say to simply remove the butterfly valve cables and Bob's ur uncle.

What a great idea definitely a big space saver!

I'll have to order one of these myself when i fit a slip on. Definitely a big help for anyone running a PCV etc.

Because the servo will keep wanting to spin, there is no stopper on the top cam, thus your FI light will stay on....... well thats how the older ones were.

with the micron & 2 Bros slip on they supplied piece a of alloy to bolt on the top of the servo......all the new cam does is stop on the housing as if there was tension on the cam from the cables...... like I said.... the
old ones where like that.

Just to clarify as my English seem to have confused yet another aussie!
What happened was that a friend removed his exhaust and left the cables and servo and after a couple of months the servo jammed and threw a code. He even mentioned something about the bike going into limp mode but I have no idea if that happened or not.
