Wattie I can still get to the adjustments , it just doesnt look like it from the pics but the center line of the bars is
about 10mm behind the centerline of the fork's

Would have loved a tube bender Rob but the only size tube bender i dont have is 7/8 dia .
The closest size I have is 19mm dia and its only a hand bender so it wouldnt have come close
to bending the chrome molly tubing 4130 that i used.

Very clever Gaz. How do you go with clearance on the fairing at full lock.

It hits the fairing at full lock.
If the fairing was an inch further away it would be perfect.
Ive also got about a thumb and a bit clearence on the tank.

Im just going to have to do a few more turns in tight spots thats all, and try not to go all the way to full lock

offsetting the bar risers back about an inch would get you the clearance, but good work!!

but then it would get to close to the tank. :(

make your full lock stoppers bigger Gaz, just to be safe. 8)

The bought kits from Ausfr have rubber spacers about 1 cm thick that you put in between the top fairing and the speedo/Fairing bracket. These lift the screen enough to get you just enough clearance.

agree with Wattie - I've stuck a small wheel weight to the lock stops on the ZRX to compensate for the steering damper - they've never moved in years
