Does anyone know a Wes Clarke?

On my way to the MotoGP last Tuesday I was just out of Tumut and I saw something on the side of the road that attracted my attention, I went back and now I have in my possesion a case with Earmold earplugs in it fully wired up for some kind of intercom, and they have the name Wes Clarke written in texta on the case. Does anyone know Wes? happy to re-unite him with his lost plugs.
