I see Kawasaki have released a 800cc Retro style bike, I wonder if they'll come to Oz?
Rear Drum too! ... that's dedication to retro!

Would make a great base for a cafe racer, single seat with cowl, lower bars, sexy exhaust and in 800cc guise will have a bit more poke.
I like the potential

I love it.
There is something beautiful in its simplicity.

That looks great !

the pinstriping and sticker on the tank are a real throw-back to the 60's, and the old W1.
Cafe racer - mmmmmm
I am glad to see that it is now 800cc - the old 650 version was pretty gutless when all was said and done. Nice to ride, but just not a great deal of 'oomph' when you pulled the trigger. Other old 650 twins I have ridden - Yammie 650's and Triumph 650's - actually accelerate with some venom. The old W650......merely accumulated momentum....
