I got really bored just now and thought I would post the pics of my stack wound that happened 15th March.

Doctor reckons I will have brown skin again eventually....

Think i might take it easy on the bike tomorrow. Nah fuck it fast is better. I reckon I might look at proper 2 piece leathers when I get the ZX7R ready for road duty. But then again they cost a stupid amount.

I hope you get better soon, multi-colour legs aint in yet.

MG do u wanna explain to him why "a stupid amount" of money isnt a good enuf excuse not to wear leathers or should i??

Hey mg is your leg the only bit you wounded surely you lost skin elsewhere as well like your hands or somewhere.

I am guilty of rideing without excessive gear at times, I wear full leather up the hills for go hard days but have a lesser set for touring like textile jacket and rjs speed boots which are better than sand shoes but probably not much better.

Leather stops the loss of skin but you still get all the bruises.

Get well soon. maybe get a playstation as well.

Its always easy to say "oh I just whippin down the shops I wont need to wear nothing..." but experience thinking thats when the shit tends to hit the fan the most.

Dont be such a tight arse, spend the extra dollars and save yourself the expense of medical bills, limping around for 2 months with nothing better to do but pick dead skin off and playing tiddly winks, watching Biker Boys and Torque over and over and over again and just pretending to be out riding!!

Seeing how I hit the big 30 this year, I reckon I can stooge 200 from my daddy for a pair of Draggin's...

Then do some overtime and reward yourself with some good quality leathers. Worth every cent and pays you back after your first get-off.

All right all right, I will get some freakin leathers. Soon. But I will still be a tight arse and look for some second handies. I was thinking about Draggins myself, but I guess the real deal is better.

Seriously though, thanks for the input guys, I generally scrimp and save wherever I can but safety shouldn't be compromised. Besides I am a whimp and do not take pain well.
