....I spent last weekend down at sussex on the brother's DR650 and had a blast around the bush....Next time your down there let me know and I'll borrow his bike again

Im pretty chuffed with the acquirment of this KTM.
There wore i fiddle the more goodies i find.
As this is the factory race model (called 6days model overseas) it hase some extra goodies over the stocker.
Going over all the suspension settings this afternoon, i keep finding good bits

the factory kit includes
adjustable offset triple clamps (adjust the rake)
6 day seat (basicly has a map pocket)
high and low speed rear shock
heavier sprung front fork and different internals
orange xring chain
stealth rear sprocket
9.5L tank instead of 8L.
4 different positions for the handlebars
gold fat handlebar
higher flowing pipe
barkbusters
The previous owner had added:
handlebar risers (he was well over 6ft tall and about 100kg)
tall bastard seat (and he ebayed the stock seat, so now im looking for a stock seat)
radiator braces
new battery
KTM factory optional thermo fan (these dont have an overlfow bottle, if it overheats it drops all its water
)
he also fitted heavier rear spring, bonus for my Belly
threw me a stand, seal saver and oil and set of filters.
bike only has 1085km and 28 hrs. sweeet
i have only ridded it up the street a few times, but goddam this thing is a wheelie monster
rego shortly. current rego ran out last week
